For the forth in our screening season Gallery Primo Alonso is excited to present an evening of shorts and clips curated by Appau Junior Boakye-Yiadom . Showing off some of his favourite pieces of video, he will bring together work from different artists as well as film snippets and youtube clips. It promises to be a fun and varied night that include everything from documentary film to the origin of the Moonwalk , so don't miss it.

 

Next week will be our fifth and final screening of the summer; Cine Tech curated by Harry Meadows and Joseph Childs. Following the success of Cine Tech 2009, they are back at Gallery Primo Alonso with a host of new movies. Cine Tech 2010 HD is a screening of the work of artists and film makers. The event at Gallery Primo Alonso is an opportunity for this selection of film, video and animation to be screened, viewed and informally discussed.

This screening is part of the second season of our summer video screenings. We know some wonderful video artists and don't get enough opportunity to showcase them. We hope that these evenings give people the opportunity to see the videos properly and experience some new and exciting work. Screenings will take place every Thursday evening in July from 7pm
